Giving or donating can take all different forms – here are some options to find which one is right for you:

- Systematic Giving: A schedule of regular systematic donations can be set up at Zeffy or mail postdated cheques to SPML
- In Honour Giving: Donate to SPML as a tribute honouring the birthday, anniversary, graduation etc. of your loved one lost to suicide
- In Memory Giving: Donate in memory of a loved one lost to suicide
